Occupational Psychological Treatment & Return-to-Work
These services support adults whose psychological health is affecting their ability to remain at work or return to work safely and sustainably.
Services may include evidence-based psychological treatment, assessment of work-related functional limitations and barriers, monitoring of recovery, return-to-work planning, and recommendations regarding accommodations or gradual return-to-work. Collaboration with physicians, occupational therapists, insurers, employers, or rehabilitation professionals may also be provided when appropriate and authorized.
This service is particularly suited to individuals experiencing work-related psychological injuries, trauma, stress-related conditions, anxiety, depression, burnout, or other mental health concerns affecting occupational functioning.
These services are rehabilitation-focused and do not constitute an independent Fitness-for-Duty Evaluation.
